Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Your linked Clash Royale player ID, current clan-membership status and reminder preferences.
• For SMS, your mobile number, verification status, adult-eligibility result, carrier-cost acknowledgment and consent history. The birth date entered for the age check is not saved.
• For Discord, your Discord identity and whether your account is in the Alpha Brawlers server.
• Reminder delivery status and replies you send, including late or missed-battle notices.

How we use information

We use this information only to verify eligibility, send requested battle reminders, process replies, display messaging status to authorized clan administrators, prevent unwanted delivery and maintain consent and security records. Reminder information is not used for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS program disclosures

Alpha Brawlers Guild operates Battle Reminders for Alpha & Omega Brawlers. The program sends recurring automated operational text messages only to eligible adult members who affirmatively opt in. Message frequency varies based on active war days, the member’s selected schedule and whether battles remain; members may select one to four reminder times and therefore may receive up to four automated reminders on an active battle day, plus transactional replies to messages they send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of clan membership or use of the dashboard.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent for marketing or promotions. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other data-sharing provision in this policy.

Service providers

Alpha Brawlers Guild uses Twilio only to verify phone-number ownership and deliver SMS, Discord only to connect accounts and deliver direct messages, and Google Cloud only to operate the protected application and store messaging records. When optional AI reply classification is enabled, OpenAI may process up to the first 1,000 characters of a member’s reply with API storage disabled; the application does not add the member’s phone number, Discord ID, player ID, or provider credentials to that request. These service providers process information solely to provide the requested reminder service; they are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and protection

Phone numbers, connected identities and inbound reply text are kept only while needed to provide and review the reminder service, meet legal obligations or resolve security and consent disputes. We minimize and remove these records when they are no longer needed. Limited consent, suppression and delivery records may be retained longer to document your choices and prevent unwanted messages. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and protected service accounts.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any Battle Reminders text from Alpha Brawlers Guild to unsubscribe immediately.
• Reply HELP for assistance or use the authenticated reminder settings.
• Disconnect or turn off a reminder channel from your settings.
• Leaving the monitored clan automatically pauses delivery. Rejoining does not override an explicit opt-out.

Age eligibility

The Alpha Brawlers SMS program requires members to be at least 18 years old. We check the self-reported birth date and require a matching age attestation before enrollment; we save the eligibility result and consent time, not the birth date. This check does not independently verify identity or a government document.

Policy changes

Alpha Brawlers Guild may update this policy when the reminder service or applicable requirements change. Material changes to the purpose of SMS messaging will be reviewed and may require renewed consent.
