Program terms
Battle reminder messaging terms
Alpha Brawlers Guild is the registered messaging brand for the optional Battle Reminders SMS program serving eligible members of the Alpha Brawlers and Omega Brawlers Clash Royale clans. These terms also apply to the program’s two-way replies.
Program name and description
Battle Reminders for Alpha & Omega Brawlers sends recurring automated operational reminders from Alpha Brawlers Guild to opted-in clan members when the latest Clash Royale data shows unfinished Clan War battles. Members may reply naturally to report that they will fight today, miss today or fight after 10 PM Eastern. The program does not send advertising, marketing or promotions.
Consent and eligibility
You must be a current eligible Alpha or Omega Brawlers member, be at least 18 years old based on your self-reported birth date and attestation, sign in to the dashboard, affirmatively agree to recurring reminders and possible carrier message and data charges, and verify the mobile number you provide. We separately ask before sending the one-time number-confirmation code; message and data rates may apply to that code. Consent is optional and is not a condition of clan membership or use of the dashboard. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your selected reminder schedule, active war days and whether battles remain. You may select one to four reminder times, so you may receive up to four automated reminders on an active battle day, plus transactional replies to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping or restarting messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. The program will send a final confirmation and stop SMS reminders. After initial website enrollment, reply START, UNSTOP or YES from the verified number to request messages again if your adult and cost consent evidence is current. You may also save authenticated re-consent in reminder settings; messages remain paused until you text START to clear the carrier block. An explicit opt-out remains effective even if you leave and later rejoin a clan.
Help and support
Reply HELP or text HELP to +1 805-500-7666 for assistance. You can also review or change your reminder status in the authenticated Alpha Brawlers dashboard.
Membership changes
Leaving the monitored clan automatically pauses reminders without erasing your consent record. If you rejoin while consent is still active, eligibility may resume after current membership is verified. An explicit STOP or other clear revocation always takes priority.
Service limitations
Reminder counts depend on the latest available Clash Royale data and may be delayed or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking the game and completing required battles. Alpha Brawlers Guild may suspend or end the program, pause a channel for security or compliance, or update these terms when necessary.
