Optional SMS program
How members opt in
Only authenticated, eligible Alpha Brawlers or Omega Brawlers members can request optional Battle Reminder texts from Alpha Brawlers Guild for the two clans.
Current adult Alpha or Omega Brawlers clan members can each opt in for their own number through the protected dashboard flow. Administrators participated in the initial test rollout. Every member must complete their own consent choices and number verification before receiving recurring reminders.
Enrollment steps
- Sign in to the Alpha Brawlers dashboard and link an exact Clash Royale player ID.
- Open Settings → Battle messaging → Text messages.
- Enter your date of birth and confirm that it is yours and you are at least 18. The server checks adult eligibility; it does not save your birth date or independently verify your identity.
- Separately check the unchecked recurring Battle Reminder consent box and the unchecked box acknowledging possible carrier message and data charges. SMS consent is optional.
- Enter your US mobile number and separately request a one-time text code. Message and data rates may apply to that code. Select Save choices and continue.
- Enter the one-time security code sent to that number. This confirms number ownership only and is not consent to another recurring message program.
- Choose one to four reminder times. Reminders are considered only on active war days when unfinished battles remain.
Restarting after a prior opt-out
Initial enrollment is completed only through the authenticated website flow above. After an opt-out, members can review the choices again in authenticated settings; this saves re-consent but keeps reminders paused until START is sent from the verified number to +1 805-500-7666. A personalized restart link opens this settings flow. A member with current age and cost consent evidence may also reply START, UNSTOP or YES to request the same program again.
Message scope
Alpha Brawlers Guild sends Battle Reminders about Alpha Brawlers or Omega Brawlers Clan War participation, the initial enrollment confirmation, opt-out and restart confirmations, help responses, and acknowledgements of member replies about fighting today, missing today or fighting after 10 PM Eastern. The program does not send advertising, marketing or promotions. A separate one-time security check may be used only to verify that the member controls the submitted number; it is not consent to another recurring message program.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated Battle Reminder texts from Alpha Brawlers Guild about your Alpha Brawlers or Omega Brawlers Clan War participation at the number provided. Message frequency varies, up to four reminders per active battle day, plus replies to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of clan membership or use of the dashboard.
Enrollment form example
This local design fixture shows the current form with separate, unchecked boxes for adult eligibility, recurring messages, possible carrier charges, and the one-time code. Members submit the actual form only after signing in to the protected dashboard.
Add (805) 500-7666 to your contacts as Alpha & Omega Brawlers so texts are easier to recognize and less likely to be filtered as unknown. Saving the number does not guarantee delivery. Download contact card.
Member controls and privacy
Members can turn off reminders in settings or reply STOP. Leaving the clan automatically pauses delivery. Rejoining may restore eligibility only when consent remains active; an explicit opt-out is never overridden. Alpha Brawlers Guild does not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the single applicable Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms.
